This program is competitive.  Players will wear full lacrosse gear and should expect contact and will learn to play the game of lacrosse.

Mandatory gear includes:

• Helmet (NOCSAE certified)
• Chest protector (NOCSEA certified)
• Arm Pads
• Gloves
• Stick
• Mouthpiece
• Protective Cup

Teams will practice multiple times a week starting in March.

Games will start late in March/early April and continue through late May/early June.

Most games will be played in the Ocean/Monmouth Area, but some games or tournaments will require additional travel.

Parents are more than welcome to watch as well as participate in practices, please remember to bring a chair if you like.

Please dress in layers appropriate for the weather.
